Welcome to Kök — AI Plant Diagnosis & Care mobile application (“Application”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our Application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Kök is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you diagnose plant diseases and manage your houseplant care routines. The diagnostics and care suggestions provided by the Application are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute official agricultural or scientific advice.

2. Accounts and Subscription

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Premium features are offered on a subscription basis billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Limitation of Liability

TUBU ARGE A.Ş. shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to the loss of plants, crops, or financial losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Application. In case of critical issues, verify care steps or seek expert guidance.
