TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of our users (“Users” or “You”) of the Kök — AI Plant Diagnosis & Care mobile application (“Application”). This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared.

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Info: Your email address provided during registration or login.
  • User Content (Photos & Notes): Plant photos uploaded or captured using your camera for plant identification and disease diagnosis, along with notes you add.
  • Purchase Info: Purchase history and subscription status (processed directly via Apple App Store or Google Play Store; we do not store credit card details).
  • Device & Usage Info: Device ID, operating system version, and in-app interaction data collected to monitor application performance and analyze crash reports.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Account verification and registration,
  • Providing plant identification and disease diagnosis services using AI,
  • Creating personalized watering, fertilizing, and care schedules, and sending notifications,
  • Verifying purchases and Premium membership rights,
  • Detecting application errors and providing technical support.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data is stored in our secure servers within the European Union (AWS Frankfurt) by taking all administrative and technical measures to ensure data security. Plant photos are processed solely for diagnostic purposes and do not contain biometric data.

4. User Rights and Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data in the Application at any time by following the Profile -> Delete Account steps or by filling out the form at https://kok.app.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
